Laura Traldi is a design & interiors journalist from Italy. She works for the daily newspaper la Repubblica, writing for D (the Saturday women magazine), DCasa (the interiors magazines), RClub (the Saturday supplement of the daily). She edits the Home section of d.repubblica.it and she runs the blog designlarge-d.blogautore.repubblica.it
Previously, Laura has worked as a freelance journalist for 10 years, writing for Italian and international design publications (such as Interni, Interni Panorama, Flair, Grazia Casa, Wired, Donna Moderna, Azure, Form, How To Spend it (german edition), DAMn magazine, Klat. From 2002 through to 2011 she has been the European Design editor of the Australian magazine Curve.
From 1996 to 2002, Laura has worked a global communication manager for the Philips Design studio in Eindhoven, The Netherlands, when headed by Stefano Marzano.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Museum Management from the Ecole du Louvre in Paris and a Literature with Fine Arts First Class Honours Degree from the Università di Pavia, Italy.
